Added drag & drop (inside same window) so items can be re-ordered. Also added the ability to copy & paste counter definition to clipboard.

Version 1.8.2. Add the ability for qpmset files to also store the Window location/size so predefined 'sets' can be forced to always open on the same place of the screen.

Added drag & drop functionality plus being able to copy & paste a performance counter definition.
Note: drag & drop between different instances of the app is not yet possible.

This version is actually a big change from the previous versions.
1. From version 1.7 onwards it requires the .Net 4.0 client profile framework!
2. The QPerfmon definition files internal structure has changed! Version 1.7 should be able to read 1.6 files (but not the other way around)
3. Customized line colors are now stored as well so when you reload the QPerfmon file the colors from a previous time is restored.
4. This is the first version that has a proper MSI installer

Update: added the plain assemblies in a zip archive for those that don't want to install the application.
